Yesterday was the orientation day for the Project X in chef boutique and it was my first visit there as well, i fell in love with the place as soon as i stepped in
The workstation was well distributed to guarantee a perfect space for each team
And each team has their own workstation, oven , and some stuff were made to each team member and some were made to the team to share.
The event started with the brief and the rules and regulations of the competition
Then Chef Paul who has been a chef for over 30 years started to teach us some useful techniques
And we had so much fun working in the kitchen
And Stay tuned for our post on the 1st day of the competition

اليوم شفت الفلم بسينما 360 وكنت حاجزله من امس ويعتبر هذا الجزء الثالث بعد توقف 10 سنين ، كنت شوي متحمس حق الفلم خاصتاً اني كنت حاب الاجزاء الي طافت وانا ماطوف اي فلم حق ويل سميث لان يعتبر من افضل الممثلين الموجودين بس لم شفت الفلم استوعبت ان الفلم مو حق عمري يمكن لو ارد 10 سنين اصغر يمكن راح يعجبني ، كنت ماخذ اخوي الصغير وياي عمره 16 عجبه وايد ، ماراح اخرب عليكم القصه بس الي شاف الاجزاء الي طافت ماراح يكون في اي اختلاف عنها الشي الوحيد المختلف سياراتهم تغيرت من مرسيدس لي فورد وشي واضح ان فورد راعي بالفلم ، علي العموم ما اقولكم لاتروحون له السينما بس اذا مشغولين لا اتحسفون انكم ماشفتوه لاحقين عليه وتقييمي له 6 من 10

دعوة عشاء مع أ.د طارق الحبيب
تم دعوتنا من قبل مركز كيوب للاستشارات و التدريب على العشاء مع أ.د طارق الحبيب
طبعا ستاف كيوب ما قصروا و كان ترحيبهم وايد حلو و مرتب
في البدايه عرفنا عن انفسنا و عن مجال كتابات المدونه
و بعدها تشرفت الاخت روان العسعوسي بالقاء كلمتها
و بعدها تشرف السيد طارق الحبيب بإبهارنا في اسلوبه و محاضرته انا شخصيا كنت وايد مستمتع فيها
و الي زاد المحاضره جمال انه النقاش كان من الجمهور و المحاضر يعني الكل كان مركز م مستمتع
و طبعا كان في مفاجاه قويه في المحاضره و كانت عباره عن 3 حبات من حلاو مينتوس الي فزت فيها في اول المحاضره ولكن خسرتها في نص المحاضره و لكن ردتلي تالي قبل ما نطلع
و الحلاوه هذه اسلوب حلو للتحفيز على المشاركه و النقاش في المحاضره مو لانها مجرد حلاوه ولكن لان الي ياخذها راح يكون له جلسه خاصه ما السيد طارق الحبيب ( طبعا فرصه ما تتعوض ) و الحمد لله ردتلي تالي
و للاسف طار الوقت بسرعه خياليه وصار وقت العشاء و طبعا من شده اعجابي باليسد طارق قعدنا وياه ونسمع كل نصيحه قدمها لنا و هذه صوره جماعيه قبل ما نمشي
و كان يوم وايد حلو و طبعا المفاجاه الثانيه ( غير الحلاو طبعا ) كانت عباره عن مجموعه كتب وايد حلوه
وفي النهايه احب اقول شكرا كيوب و شكرا د. طارق على يوم اجمل من رائع

هذا بسكوت بس عل كاكاو او على زعتر أشياء غريبة مخلوطة مع بعض مو شرط يكون بس بسكوت اهوا ماخذ شكل بسكوت بس خلطات غريبة يصلح مع الشاى حلو
هذا الى أقصدا جربوه وايد حلو
أنواع من علب التقديم حلوين حق هدايا
هذا الكاكاو كان من ألأشياء الى قدموها لنا
طبعا أشكر الموظفين والشيف على حسن الضيافة وشرح كل الموجود صراحة ما قصراو

أمس كنا فى حفل أطلاق أول عدد لمجلة Good Health فى قاعة الشيخة سلوى الصباح وبحضور الفنانة الجميلة نانسى عجرم , وهى مجلة متنوعة تتكلم عن كل جوانب الحياة من أزياء ورياضة و الطعام الصحى المفيد وحياة الفنانين من جوانب أخرى لا يعرفها الناس بأختصار هى مجلة تساعد القارئ ان يكون أنسان فعال وأيجابى فى المجتمع و أن يرى العالم بطريقة أخرى .
فكرة حلوة حاطين فى كل جانب من الحفل مجسم على أغلب صفحات من أول عدد من المجلة راح أتشوفونه بالمجلة وحتى
عند المدخل كان فى تصوير الى يبى يصور و ياخذ صورتا بس على شكل الغلاف نايس
هذى من صور المجلة بعد
طبعا كان فى كل مكان فى القاعة المجلة موجوده مع صور من صفحاتها على المجسمات
فى كل جانب كان فى مكان أو مكتب لشىء معين لأشخاص متخصيصين فى رياضة معينه او علاج معين أو تجديد حالة و طاقة الجسم وكانت فكرة حلوة جذبت الحضور هذا مكان منهم .
هذا جانب ثانى للعلاج بطريقة جديدة
هذا تعريف عن الأخصائية فى مجالها وايد أعجبتنى هذى لفكره أختصاصات غريبة فى تجديد الطاقة و العلاج
هذا جانب ثانى من التخصوصات وهذى المدربه مع الأجهزه 
وهذى صورة لوجين هم عندها بلوج يعنى زميلتنا وهى قاعدة اتجرب الجهازمع المدربة
وهذه تخصوصات ثانية كانت موجودة
هذا المكان متخصيص فى العصائر المكونة من الخضروات و الفاكهة ولكن بطريقه أخرى ولتعزيز طاقة الجسم
هذى انواع من العصير الى له أهداف مفيده للجسم

هذا أخر الحفل قبل لاتطلع نانسى عجرم
طبعا أشكر المجلة على هذى الدعوه الحلوة و بالتوفيق انشالله .

I was told that there was a thrift action done to f2o that some one in a COLLEGE LEVEL decided to download some designs and print them on shirts and other stuff to sell them in the UNIVERSITY !!! well this action brings a lot of questions to my mind like
how do you expect people to respect you if you don’t respect them ! ?
have you even contacted f2o for a permission before you do this shameful act !?
if you don’t realize that you stole these designs and you are in a college level when will you do ?
I’m really speechless and so ( ME7TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR MEN EL SALFAAAAA)
i just hope that this guy sees our posts so maybe he can at least feel the guilt danderma ansam elderwaza hishersq8 arblog.aceofblogs crazyyetwise owlolive
